Elizabeth Reed-Yoakum

I obtained my California Real Estate Salesperson License in 1977 while I was teaching Psychology at Long Beach City College. Beginning at Century 21, I achieved their highest achievement award of Centurion (5 million in sales in a year) for many years. Here is where I met my husband, Jim, also a Realtor at the time.  In 1990, my husband and I relocated to the Sacramento Area which had been his home.

I have been a Master's Club member for over 18 consecutive years, and an active member of the Fair Oaks Chamber of Commerce for over 22 years.

During my career, I have sold and marketed hundreds of properties - from condominiums to multi-unit apartment buildings. Over the years I have seen many market shifts and have helped my clients successfully navigate whether in a buyer's market or a seller's market.  I have also worked with many types of financing.

I  have a licensed real estate assistant who can serve all your needs as well.  My full service team also includes lenders, escrow officers and service providers who work together to seamlessly handle your transaction.

Most of my business comes from past clients and referrals because of my strong belief in service and customer satisfaction.  My philosophy is - don't just hire a company, hire a person.
